Sourced from the Tablón de Gomez project in the mountains of Nariño, Colombia through Forest Coffee Collective. This is a lot of honey processed Caturra beans that have been pulped and fermented in the remnants of the cherry flesh and then dried before being milled. The flavor is reminiscent of blueberry and red fruits with a smooth and balanced acidity. This is a light roasted coffee but tastes great as filter and as espresso when dialed in well.
